Overheard at a Restaurant

If you keep a low profile and do some listening in restaurants, you can hear a lot more than you imagine.

Yesterday at Chili's while waiting for Rev. Joseph Holub from Holy Love, our favorite FINK church in Aurora, CO:

"Biting me will not make your food come any faster."

"You should try out for comedy."

"You should try out for 'be quiet.'"

"Can I get the chicken taco without the chicken?"

"This is the last time I tell you this is the last time."

"If this is coffee, please bring me tea. If this is tea, please bring me coffee."

(Okay, the last one was really Abraham Lincoln while encamped with the troops, but it sounded good.)
