This year I decided to put the 5 faith practice steps we call the FAITH5 on the back of my business card. Faith Inkubators believes in modeling them once a week in the congregation and encourages families to do them in the home every night. As I visit congregations, I have found it easy to help remember what we covered by sending a reminder home with them via a card. It fits in a wallet.
Recently as I was finishing a visit with a congregation, someone had an idea. She asked, “Why don’t we put this on the back of our church business card if this is our goal?” Others agreed it was a good idea.
Good idea? I thought it was great!
When we decide to take intentional steps to set expectations for small group ministries and for faith practices in the home, what better place to remind everyone who comes through our doors or visits the church about what is important to us?
